Nostalgia

It's been a long while since I last travelled back to The Florida. Driving back my "favourite" road (which is always jammed and still was), turning past Tampines Road, I dropped by at the Nativity Church for a short prayer. There was a strong sense of nostalgia, as I thought about my family; the times we spent. It's been a while, and my family has grown quite a bit. I thought about Dar and at that moment, the thing I asked the Lord was to grant me a chance to visit Gold Coast- our honeymoon place, with Dar once more. All I wanted was to "relive" the honeymoon once more.

I am thankful to the Lord for everything and am contented with what he has given me. While sometimes it can be trying, I know he's there with us. Coming home, I hoarded lots of Dar's and the kids favourite food; from the Selegie Beancurd, to Segamat durian and grapes. Oh how they loved it (sorry about the diet plan, dar!). But it's the least that I could do.

Well, the trip certainly brought me thinking quite a bit....on a special day.. (Yes and Happy Birthday as well Ben!)
