2nd at Storytelling Competition

This is a delayed blog entry. After I told Claire about the BTCC's storytelling competition, she pestered to participate. So we registered and she went for the prelims on 22 Mar. Her story- The Giving Tree. Of course she was the tree, with the branches, apples , tree trunk and stump. The props courtesy from Dar. But I must say she is brave for her age. She didnt disappoint and got through to the finals. Dar was there, while I was on duty. But all of us were there for her finals performance. She delivered well, and came up 2nd. We were really proud of her, after all she was the youngest contestant. Wonder whether Nigel, Chloe or Noah would step up to it?
